| Elaboration: |
The grapes arriving in the winery are thoroughly controlled following several parameters: Sanitary status, alcohol degree, total acidity and pH levels. After that the grape is processed and macerated during the alcoholic fermentation at 25ēC for 20 days, obtaining an aromatic and fresh wine and well structured at the sametime. |

| Tasting notes: |
Dressed in a very nice cherry red colour. On the palet it appears fresh,
with good acidity and pleasant way, good structure. Long and pleasant after
tasting. |
