Temperature range : -12ºC to 40ºC
Stony and very dry soil.
   
Elaboration: The must is sent to stainless steel tanks where a film maceration is carried out at 15ēC for 48 hours. The must is fermented with a selected yeast at constant temperature to obtain better concentration of tannin.
   
Aged in cask: 12 months in new American oak barrels.
   
Tasting notes: Very dark and deep colour. On the palate it presents itself very dense, with an abundant body and tannins. Aromatic and very elegant end.
   
Recommendations: Red meats, lamb, pork, big game.
